On Thursday April 7th, the SUNY Poly Counseling Office will be holding an information table on Energy Tapping. Come learn how energy tapping can relieve daily stress. What is energy tapping? Tapping is a technique which uses meridian acupressure points plus eye movements, and adding elements of affirmation, intention, mindfulness, and breath to relieve anxiety. The best part is that these are techniques you can use on yourself anytime you feel anxious. The information table will be held at the Cayan Library from 11am to 2pm.
