Please join us for an opening reception in the Gannett Gallery, Kunsela Hall on Wednesday, September 14 at 4:30 p.m. with a gallery talk at 5 pm.

In portraits taken by staff member Lynne Browne, the hardships of statelessness and the hopes of the American Dream spring to life in the faces of each refugee.

A large 5 x 8 foot collage of refugees' Facebook photos is also part of this exhibit. The photos were curated from thousands of photos collected by SUNY Poly Associate Professor of Anthropology Kathryn Stam.

The exhibit in the Gannett Gallery will run from September 6 - October 9 and is a companion to the Faces of Hope exhibit at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute on display until the end of 2016.
