Irwin Ramirez, a visually-impaired graduate student who will be running the New York City marathon on November 2 is looking to the student body or staff for volunteers or guides who would be willing to donate their time and train with him.

Irwin is looking to do runs between 4 to 6 miles on evenings around the campus and longer runs of 12-18 miles on the weekends. However, he says weekend runs could be split into smaller mileage with multiple people so that no one person has to run the full 12-19 miles with him.

If you are willing to donate your time and run with Irwin, please contact him at ramirei@sunypoly.edu
