SUNYIT will join universities and organizations across the nation this afternoon in “Let Freedom Ring,” a commemoration of the 50^th anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech during the historic “March on Washington.” At 3 p.m. , the sound of bells from the campus carillon will mark the moment when the speech was delivered to thousands gathered before the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., on the afternoon of August 28, 1963.
