On Earth Day - Wednesday, April 22, 2015, local food will be featured in the dining facilities on campus.
Patty Melt with
*Local Ground Beef from Keiper Farms (Little Falls,NY)
*Yancey's Fancy Smoked Cheddar Cheese (Corfu,NY)
*Heidelberg Bread (Herkimer,NY)
The Campus Center lunch will feature:
Pulled Chicken Burrito
*using local chicken, local cheese, and locally made tortillas Also serving Roc Star Ice Cream (Waterville ,NY) in Saranac Root Beer Floats
At the Campus Center, stop and chat with staff from the Cornell Cooperative Extension info table about local & sustainable food.
