The last day to file for May 2015 graduation is Monday, November 3.  Graduation applications are available in the Registrar's Office or on the SUNY Poly website.  On the website, click Current Students, Registrar, and Forms.  If you have any questions, please call the Registrar's Office at (315)792-7262.  Commencement for May 2015 graduates will take place on Saturday, May 9 at 10 a.m.
