National Depression Screening Day

10am to 2pm

 Free and anonymous screenings for depression, bipolar, generalized anxiety disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder, plus the opportunity to consult with a mental health counselor about your results

There will also be a gift basket give-a-away!! All individuals who complete a screening are eligible to put their name in for a raffle. The winner will receive a beautiful gift basket filled with everything to help relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety.
