The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training is pleased to announce two new online learning certificate programs for CSEA-represented New York State employees.

The Working with Difficult People Certificate Programis an exciting learning opportunity for employees who are looking to develop or improve their ability to work with people who exhibit difficult behaviors. Employees can apply for this program between June 2 and July 15, 2016. In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between June 2, 2016 and December 31, 2016.

The Microsoft Excel 2013 Certificate Programis a learning opportunity for employees who are looking to enhance their knowledge and develop their skills in the Microsoft Excel 2013 application. Employees can apply for this program between June 2, 2016 and June 1, 2017. In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between June 2, 2016 and June 2, 2017.

Please distribute the attached promotional flyers to your managers, supervisors, and CSEA-represented employees. Additionally, consider announcing this training opportunity on your agency intranet, with a link to the Partnership’s website at www.nyscseapartnership.org .
