Good afternoon SUNY State Employees,

Please be aware that all New York State 2016 W-2 statements will be mailed to your home address no later than January 31, 2017.

Additionally, you may view your W-2 in NYS Payroll Online Self Service electronically on February 1, 2017.  If you need access to past year’s W-2 information, you may also find this in NYS Payroll Online via the SUNYHR portal located at www.suny.edu/hrportal. Other options within NYS Payroll Online include changing taxes, opting out of paper statements and viewing your paycheck.
