The Resource Center for Independent Living is in need of people who can schedule their Personal Care Aides.  See description below.

 

Set and coordinate staff schedules for consumers and schedule staff to replace call-ins. Serve as the point of contact for all interactions with clinical team members, administrative assistants, consumers and other sources to ensure quality care. Collect timesheets and monthly mileage reimbursement requests and cross-verify against days worked and services performed. Perform data entry and match staff with appropriate skills and experience with consumers.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or the equivalent and a minimum of one year experience in scheduling, administrative assistant or call center work preferred. An Associate's degree is preferred but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Knowledge and Skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, influence, organizational, and computer skills. Microsoft Word / Excel, solid understanding of database management programs. Ability to be on-call nights and weekends. Reference/security check .
