A new bachelor of science degree in video game and interactive media design has been approved by the state for SUNY Polytechnic Institute, the college announced.

The program, formally called Interactive Media and Game Design (IMGD), will be available through classes at SUNY Poly’s Marcy campus, college spokesman Jerry Gretzinger said Tuesday.
