ITS at the Utica Campus is continuing to troubleshooting an issue with network communication between the Utica Campus and ITEC. Banner services(from on campus) and Angel services are affected and unavailable. Our network team is working diligently with the network team at ITEC, SUNY Administration and Engineers from Cisco to diagnose and resolve the issue. ITS has identified that the issue is related to the VPN Tunnel from the Utica site to ITEC and the teams are working to restore functionality.
