In anticipation of our Winter Wonderland Faculty / Staff Holiday Luncheon, the Holiday Committee has scheduled some gift wrapping sessions at Barnes & Noble in New Hartford, the following dates/times:

Monday, December 14, 2015 - two shifts: 9 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM

Tuesday, December 15, 2015 - two shifts: 9 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM

Friday, December 18, 2015 - two shifts: 9 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM

If you would like to get into the spirit of the holiday and serve as one of the SUNY Poly Gift Wrappers at Barnes & Noble, we are looking for folks to work for a two-hour session during either the morning or afternoon shifts as noted above. If you can serve in this capacity and since it is during the normal workday, please note, you would have to utilize vacation hours to do so. The proceeds from these gift wrapping sessions will go to the Midtown Utica Community Center, am multicultural center that promotes community enrichment and community-building. Volunteering your time with a friend or colleague to participate in this gift wrapping experience will not only be fun, but a way to get out into the community and help raise money for our holiday charity!
