"(It) would be a significant benefit to the community, to the region," Kreig said.
That's not to mention Norsk Titanium, the new aerospace manufacturing facility set to open up on the former airport space.
"This just gives them an opportunity. It's ease of access and it certainly will benefit them," Kreig said.
