Times Telegram "We’re trying to get nano ready," said Smith in explaining the IDA board’s decision to consider assisting market-rate housing projects.
With new nanotechnology jobs coming to SUNY Poly, the IDA wants to have housing available in Herkimer County for the people who will be coming into the area.
