TITLE IX on the 9th
SUNY Polytechnic Institute takes reports of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking seriously. If you are member of the SUNY community and have experienced any of the above, the Sexual Assault & Violence Response (SUNY SAVR) Resources Website (https://www.suny.edu/violence-response/) developed by SUNY provides you with information you can use to seek resources (campus resources, off campus resources, and NYS resources) and support. SUNY SAVR also provides information on how to report the incident to SUNY Poly and/or to law enforcement. When visiting the site, choose your applicable location from the dropdown (SUNY Polytechnic Institute Albany Site or SUNY Polytechnic Institute Utica Site) or search by zip code. The website features an "Exit Now" button that clears the user's internet history and redirects to a blank Google homepage, enabling those accessing the site to leave the page quickly and undetected, if necessary. Special designations are also made for the resources on the site, with 24/7 and confidential symbols displayed for those applicable services.
