Open enrollment for Delta Dental began Nov. 1 and ends on Dec. 15.

Each year, UUP members can choose from two dental plans, the PPO and the DMHO. The PPO is in a preferred provider network that allows treatment in or out of network. This program has an annual maximum of $2,500 per eligible member and/or dependent.

The Delta Dental DMHO (Delta Care USA) plan works like an HMO, with no claim forms or maximums. Members are subjected to co-payments. There is no annual maximum with this program.
