In light of today’s weather conditions, the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations has announced that all agencies in the Capital District, Utica and Hudson Valley areas are encouraged to allow non-essential staff to depart work, with charge to accruals, at 3 p.m. today.  Essential staff are required to remain at work, or report to work, as directed by management.
