Buffalo's still  buzzing about  those Solar City  jobs. 1,500  jobs are coming to  the Solar City  plant at Riverbend. The  plant should be  finished by the  end of the year and production could  begin in the  summer or fall of  2016. Solar City wants  to create about 3,000 jobs in the Buffalo area in the  next decade.
