The 2nd annual Light Up The Night 5K Run & Walk is taking place at SUNY Polytechnic Institute on Sunday, November 1. Once again it's brought to you by the Mohawk Valley Hill Striders. The idea is to help educate runners and walkers on how to safely exercise at night.

The event is Sunday, November 1st Registration is at 4:30 p.m.

3.2 Mile Walk begins at 6:15 p.m. 3.5 Mile Run begins at 6:30 p.m.
