Utica Campus Fitness Center
SUNY Poly students at the Utica campus have access to our Wildcat Fitness Center, located in the SUNY Poly Field house. Hours are listed at the field house. The fitness center offers cardio equipment,including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowing machines; and an abundance of strength training equipment.There is also an open gym floor available for multiple intramural sports or for recreational uses. Classes such as strength training, yoga, conditioning and much more are available to all SUNY Poly students. Learn more about our athletic facilities.
Albany Campus Fitness Center Access
SUNY Poly students at the Albany campus have access to the SEFCU Fitness Center, located a short walk away at the UAlbany campus. Open from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, and from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday + Sunday, the fitness center offers cardio equipment, including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and a rowing machine; strength training equipment, including a leg press, incline press, abduction/adduction machine, overhead press, seated row, and ab crunch; free weights, including olympic benches, a power squat cage, incline/decline benches, a preacher curl bench, cable crossover, dumbbells, and multi-grip chin up equipment; as well as ab rollers, push up bars, resistance bands, and medicine balls, just to name a few. Athletic Clubs
