In compliance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, SUNY Polytechnic Institute has adopted and implemented a comprehensive program to prevent the illicit use of drugs, high-risk drinking and alcohol misuse among students and employees.
Every two years, SUNY Poly reviews its prevention program to evaluate its effectiveness, ensure that University sanctions are consistently enforced, and identify and implement any necessary changes. These reviews are conducted by the SUNY Poly Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Prevention Task Force.
