Supporting a world-class labor force and high-technology ecosystem in New York State, SUNY Polytechnic Institute organized and deployed innovative educational, community, arts/cultural, and public outreach programs and initiatives in 2019, serving more than 25,473 individuals, including 8,370 students.

SUNY Poly is recognized for increasing awareness of, and participation in, New York’s high-tech economy, as well as showcasing other areas such as the growing impact of nanotechnology on society, as the institution continues to build partnerships with a number of important stakeholders—from government and academia to businesses and nonprofits.
