Admission criteria for entering students includes:
- High school average of 90% or above in a college-track program which usually includes: 4 units of English, 4 units of math including trigonometry and advanced algebra, 2 units of science (preferably Chemistry and Physics) and 2 units of social science;
- Rank in the top 20% of the high school class; and
- Minimum math SAT score of 600.
Admission criteria for transfer students entering the program must include a transfer GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students not meeting these admission requirements may qualify for provisional admission that will be determined on an individual basis.
