Readmission is required if you were previously matriculated but have been out for at least 3 consecutive semesters of study at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. It is also required for students who withdraw from all courses and then wish to enroll for a future semester. 

Students seeking readmission to SUNY Poly must file a Readmission Application with the Registrar’s Office along with a $30 readmission fee.
