Faculty, Staff and Students are welcome to submit announcements to be displayed on the campus monitor system on the Utica campus. Announcements and events will be displayed to the campus community via television monitors within our administrative, academic, and residential buildings seven days a week during the following time periods:
- 11am - 2pm
- 4pm - 12am
- Student club events/announcements
- Faculty/staff events, workshops, and seminars
- Academic and administrative announcements/events
Individuals are required to submit a graphic to be displayed on the monitor system. Individuals are encouraged to use promotional materials already in use to promote their event (event posters, graphics for social media, etc.).
Requests can be submitted at any time. If you are promoting a timely event, you must submit your request at least two weeks in advance to maximize the promotion of your event.
Graphic elements can be submitted using the following formats: JPG, PNG or PDF.
Individuals are encouraged to submit materials in a horizontal orientation, but graphics created in a vertical orientation are acceptable. Vertical oriented graphics (event posters) will be centered on the tv screen and will appear smaller than horizontal graphics.
