New York State Mentoring Program and SUNY Polytechnic Institute-Liberty Partnerships Program (SPI LPP) are working together to connect community members with at-risk students in need of mentors and tutors.
The New York State Mentoring Program (NYSMP) is a statewide provider of mentoring program services and school-based mentoring models. The NYSMP creates supportive mentor relationships for children in elementary, middle, and high schools.
The SPI-LPP is working cooperatively with CNYHHN, Inc., Connected Community Schools, and Daneli Partners to bring drop-out intervention support to at-risk students in six Herkimer County school districts (Central Valley, Dolgeville, Frankfort-Schuyler, Herkimer, Little Falls, and Mount Markham)
