TimelyCare: 24/7 Virtual Health & Wellness for SUNY Poly Students
The SUNY Poly Wellness Center has expanded its offerings, partnering with TimelyCare to offer students a free, 24/7 virtual health, counseling, and wellness platform. Through the TimelyCare mobile app or website, students can access licensed medical and mental health providers from anywhere in the United States, with no cost and no insurance required.
The Wellness Center: Health & Counseling Services is located in Oriskany Hall and offers free and unlimited services to students Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
All currently enrolled Poly students can access TimelyCare — removing barriers, offering diverse providers, and enhancing access to care, especially during nights and weekends.
When a student under 18 registers on the TimelyCare platform, they are prompted to obtain parental or guardian authorization. They'll receive instructions and a digital form for the parent to complete.
How to Access TimelyCare
Visit the TimelyCare website or download the TimelyCare app from the App Store or Google Play. Register using your SUNY Poly email address to create an account and start visits from any web-enabled device.
