Building Tomorrow's Workforce
The Office of Workforce Development at SUNY Poly partners with schools, educators, community organizations, and industry to inspire the next generation of learners through career-connected Pre-Collegiate Outreach programs.
Through campus visits, workshops, camps, competitions, events, and other experiential learning opportunities, students explore high-demand fields while discovering how their interests align with future careers.
Our programs combine hands-on, project-based learning with meaningful career exploration, helping students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, creativity, and leadership skills. Whether SUNY Poly does a program at your school or your students visit our campus, every experience is designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and prepare students for success in college and the workforce.

Every Pre-Collegiate Outreach experience is customized to meet the needs of your students and organization.
